Pool Villas (Stage 2 Villas) consists of 6x2-storey residential townhouse buildings with rendered brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and metal rooves. Community facilities include 3 swimming pools, a change-room building and a BBQ area. We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP81779 is one of many buildings occupying lots in Neighbourhood Association DP280019, which consists of the roadways, footpaths, drainage and services reticulation and which in turn is part of the Community Association DP 270492 - Magenta Shores, along with other neighbourhood associations - DP286016, DP286021, DP286050, DP286082, DP286100, DP286207, strata scheme SP77308, a hotel, golf club/course and Club Magenta.
Both the Neighbourhood Association and the Community Association are separate legal entities. They keeps their own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. They are financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
We have not had access to Neighbourhood Association records and make no comment as to the affairs of the Association. Any Association information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.
