1 Rosewater Circuit is a 6-storey residential building with basement carparking, which was built in 2011 with rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a metal roof.
We enclose a plan of the Visitor Carspaces attached to SP85880.
SP85880 is part of Community Association (CA) DP270347 Breakfast Point.
The Community is a very large development of the previous Mortlake gas works site. The Community includes 104 lots many of which are occupied by Strata Schemes, Neighbourhood Schemes or Precinct Schemes, all of which include a number of individual apartments, townhouses and villas.
The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the various schemes and separate individual lots, in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
We have not inspected association records and any information on the CA is from the records of SP85880. The association is managed by Bright & Duggan and we make no comment as to its affairs.
