The Community, which comprises 23 lots with more being developed, is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own budget, accounts, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the various Owners Corporations in proportion to their units of entitlement.
The Community is managed under the terms of a registered Management Statement. You should have received a copy of the statement as part of contract documents and we recommend its terms be clearly understood. The Management Statement usually gives the Community the power to make decisions binding on all subsidiary schemes and on individual owners with the Community.
