Jade (SP93889) is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in Bridgehill BMC 1222747, a complex it shares with Uno (SP93826) and Retail (SP99349).
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.
