SP61618 Finger Wharf (Residential South), SP61620 (Marina/Finger Wharf Berthing) & SP61770 (Wharf Car Park) occupy stratum lots within DP1007565 - The Wharf at Woolloomooloo.
The Wharf complex is a series of leasehold stratum lots the freehold of which is owned by Marine Ministerial Holding Corporation (formerly the Maritime Services Board).
The main wharf complex consists 8 leasehold stratum parcels:
(1) Hotel
(2) SP 61770 - Wharf Car Park
(3) Retail
(4) SP 61618 - Residential South
(5) SP 61771 - Residential North
(6) SP 61619 - Promenade Apartments
(7) Commercial Precinct
(8) SP 61620 - Berthing Facility (East)
The western side of the complex consists of:
SP 57623 - Wharf Terraces
SP 57624 - Berthing Facility (West)
SP 61766 - Car park (West)
These strata plans together form a separate Building Management Committee DP1007565.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
