4 Henderson Road is a mixed use commercial, retail and residential bulding comprising 2 levels of retail and commercial space, 4 residential towers and a 2 level basement.
SP101382 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in Edmondson Park Town Centre BMC DP1247570 a complex it shares with SP101383, SP101384 and SP101385.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC. Any BMC information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.
