The estate is designed as a rural residential housing estate with the benefit of the suroundings of a vineyard in the Southern Highland Region.
We noted a Community Management Statement registered on 09/06/00. This statement is binding on all residents in the Association and. The Association is responsible to maintain all Community Recreational facilities and all community property, these include, tennis court and picinic areas surrounding the tennis court, a walkway around the estate, bridle trail and bushland.
