5 Little Corella Cove is one of six residences in Neighbourhood Association DP286390 which is turn is part (Lot 28) of Community Association DP270043 Rafferty's Community Resort.
We enclose a plan of the Neighbourhood and the Rafferty's Resort Community.
The Neighbourhood Community property consists of bitumen sealed roadway to Lots 2 to 7, street lighting, landscaping and underground services.
The Rafferty's Community Resort Community Association (CA) is made up of 14 Neighbourhood plans and individual lots. Community property includes sewerage holding tank, boat & trailer parking area, pollution trap areas, an arboretum, access ways, tennis court area, swimmining pool and BBQ area, boat shed area and boat storage & utility area.
The CA is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
We have conducted a limited review of recent CA minutes and correspondence for the purpose of identifying non-routine estate management matters which seem likely to have an impact on individual Owners or occupiers. Our comments are later in this report.
