221 Miller Street is a 22-storey residential building with 6-levels of basement carparking, a retail lot at ground level, 100 serviced apartments (Quest) & 169 residential apartments, which was built in 2019 with rendered masonry walls, concrete floors and aluminium framed windows.
SP93339 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1239718. The complex consists of SP9339, the retail lot and the Quest serviced apartments.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
