72-80 Allison Crescent is a 2-storey retail building with open air & basement carparking, which was built in 2000 with rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a pitched metal roof.
SP61954 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1009534, Menai Metro. The complex consists of 2 Strata schemes, SP61984 & SP63437. Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records. We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
