22A George Street consists of 5 x 4 to 7-storey residential buildings with retail lots at ground level above a basement carparking station, which were built in 2018 with partly-clad cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and pitched metal & flat concrete with waterproof membrane rooves.
We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP96243 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1234537 Leichhardt Green. The complex consists of 2 Strata schemes, SP96243 (residential) & SP97375 (retail/commercial).
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
