888 Pacific Highway consists of 2 x 9-storey & 1 x 7-storey residential building with commercial lots at street level & 3-levels of basement carparking, which were built in 2020 with rendered masonry walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete rooves with waterproof membranes.
We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP101278 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1262415, Altessa. The complex includes another commercial Strata Scheme SP101279.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
