SP81231 occupies a lot in Community Association DP270347 Breakfast Point, which consists of a range of Strata Schemes, Precinct Associations and private house lots.
We enclose a plan of the Community.
Community Association assets consist of Community Hall, Pavillons, Country Club, County Club tennis area, Country Club pool and spa, Administration Centre, Silkstone Park including water feature, Woodlands - pool and cabana, bitumen roads and pavements, landscaped grounds, gatekeepers building, street and pavement lighting, irrigation system, water tanks, storm water drainage system, gates and fencing, heritage brick fence, roads, footpaths, underground services, retaining walls and a flagpole.
The Community Association (CA) is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
We have not had access to the CA records and make no comment as to the affairs of the CA.
