Bright & Duggan are the Strata Managers but we are not provided with sufficient records for the conduction of a full inspection. We view minutes and correspondence in their office and obtain Owners Corporation accounts and levy information from accountants Henderson Associates, Level 8, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood
We understand potential purchasers are also supplied with an information pack by the village service providers. We do not know what is in that package.
We noted the complex appears to be well funded and the simple fact there is a high proportion of owners & residents are retirees with time to take an interest in community affairs means one can expect most matters receive close attention.
