8 Lachlan Street (known as 13 Potter Street in the Strata Manager's records) consists of 5 residential/commercial buildings of 13, 9, 18, 12 and 9-levels above a 2-level basement carparking station, which were built in 2013 with rendered concrete block walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete & metal rooves.
We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP73082 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP (number unknown), Coronet. The complex consists of 2 Strata schemes SP73082 (residential) & SP75035 (commercial).
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
SP73082 also shares a common recreation centre facilities with other strata schemes SP71118, SP73081, SP73502, SP75035, SP76945, SP80807 and Meriton managed Stages 9 & 10 of the complex.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Crown Square Recreation Centre Committee (CSRCC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The CSRCC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the CSRCC.
