SP90925 is one of around 95 lots in Community Association (CA) DP270347 Breakfast Point, which is the redevelopment of the previous Mortlake Gas Works site and now consists of a range of Strata Schemes, Neighbourhood Associations and private houses.
Community assets consist of Community Hall, Pavillons, Country Club, County Club tennis area, Country Club pool and spa, Administration Centre, Silkstone Park including water feature, Woodlands - pool and cabana, bitumen roads and pavements, landscaped grounds, gatekeepers building, street and pavement lighting, irrigation system, water tanks, storm water drainage system, gates and fencing, heritage brick fence, roads, footpaths, underground services, retaining walls and a flagpole.
The Community Association is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
