10 Hezlett Road consists of 2 x 6-storey residential buildings with retail lots at street level (including an Aldi Siupermarket) above a 3-level basement carparking station, which were built in 2017 with rendered brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and flat concrete rooves with a waterproof membranes.
We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP96613 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1230087, The North Village Kellyville. The complex includes another strata scheme SP95852 and Lot 4.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
