10 Norfolk Street is 23-storey residential building above 4-levels of basement carparking, which was built in 2019 with rendered brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and flat concrete roof with a waterproof membrane.
SP98870 (which is Tower B) is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1249707 Pinnacle. The complex includes another strata scheme SP98869 (Tower A) which is a 27-storey residential building above 3-levels of basement carparking. We enclose a plan of the complex.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
