SP89924 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1103650 MP2/North Precinct, which it shares with 2 other strata schemes and a development site.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
In turn the BMC is part of the Discovery Point Community Association (CA).
The Community Association (CA) is a separate legal entity. It keeps its own accounts, budget, minutes and correspondence. It is financed by levies collected from the Owners Corporations (and any separate individual lots) in proportion to their Association Units of Entitlement.
SP89924 is also a part of Discovery Point Co-operative.
We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC, CA or Discovery Point Co-operative. Any documents inculed in this report were from the Owners Corporation records.
