6 Nancarrow Avenue consists of 4 x multi-storey residential/commercial buildings above a 2-level basement carparking station, which were built in 2018 with rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and flat concrete rooves with waterproof membranes.
We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP97600 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1242853. The complex consists of 2 strata schemes SP97600 & SP97601 and Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
