SP85480 comprises of 5 x residential buildings of 4 to 6 storeys (Blocks B, C, D, E & F) above a 2-level basement carparking station. We enclose a plan of the complex.
Building A is an old heritage building that was redeveloped and we presume is part of the BMC.
SP85480 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1158696 a complex it shares with another strata scheme SP91803, which is a 5-storey residential building.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
