6 East Street is a 20-storey residential building with retail lots at street level and 4-levels of basement carparking, which was built in 2017 with rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete roof with a waterproof membrane.
SP95322 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1230072, a complex it shares with SP95508.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC. Any BMC information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.
