55 Harbour Street consists of 2 x 6- storey residential buildings above a basement carparking station, which was built in 1999 with rendered brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and tiled rooves
We enclose a plan of the complex.
SP61931 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1008772. The complex consists of SP61931 and a Mosman Council Vista Steet public carpark.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
While it is not a separate legal entity, the BMC normally maintains its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
