SP102353 (known as 1A Loftus Lane in the Strata Manager's records) is the basement carparking part of 15 Young Street, which includes 3 x 14-storey mixed-use buildings, which were built in 2021 wth rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and flat concrete rooves with a waterproof membranes.
SP102353 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1259000 Quarter Quarter Lanes. The complex consists of 4 Strata schemes, SP102353, SP102354, SP102355 & SP102356 (3 buildings and a carpark).
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
