200-220 Pacific Highway is a high-rise residential building with basement carparking, which was built in 2013 with rendered cavity brick walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete roof with a waterproof membrane.
SP88827 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1183313 Panorama, a complex it shares with 3 other strata schemes:
SP88890 - Panorama Apartments (low-rise), 4 levels, 30 lots
SP90351 - retail
SP92823 - Panorama House (mid-rise) 8-levels, 23 lots.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity, but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.
We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
