SP90351 is a retail part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1183313 Panorama, a complex it shares with 2 other strata schemes and Lot 2;
SP88890 - Panorama Apartments (a low-rise 4-storey residential building above 2-levels of basement carparking), SP88827 Panorama Residences (high-rise) and Lot 2 Panorama House, (mid-rise) 8-levels.
210-220 Pacific Highway was built in 2014 with partly-clad, rendered concrete/masonry walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete & metal roof and with basement carparking.
Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.
The BMC is not a separate legal entity, but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records. Strata Plus manages all strata plans and the BMC.
We have not had access to BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC. Any BMC information in this report has been obtained from Owners Corporation records or from our own archives.
